Drapp Studio
Louis Drapp is a talented local engineer who has recorded me and many of my students over the years. Louis is an accomplished musician who plays a variety of instruments, so he’s able to help with instrumental background as well as engineering and producing your project.
Timara Custom Shop (Tim Wallis)
I met Tim at the 2007 Tulsa Guitar Show where he was presenting and was very impressed with his dual stringbenders, a set of which I purchased. Tim is located out of Warrensburg, IL. PorchBoard Bass
I purchased one of PorchBoard’s floor bass models at the Tulsa Guitar Show last year, and use it in the trio (Mark Meador, Dr. Steve Lusk, and myself) I play with.
PorchBoard describes their floor bass as “an amplified, analog low-end rhythm instrument that uses the natural technique of foot tapping to produce a player controlled bass beat with any style of music.”
It’s a useful and original tool, if a bit hard to describe. Check out the Porchboard site and check out a demonstration video.
